How it works

  1. Application form

    Fill out this short form so I can get to know some basics about you and what you’re looking for.

  2. Video consultation

    We’ll organise a video call where we can get to know each other better. We’ll go through your goals in more detail and you can ask me as many questions as you like with regards to training with me and my process.

  3. Evaluation

    I’ll send you a strength and flexibility assessment. It’s a document with a list of exercises I want you to complete so I can get an idea of your starting point. This evaluation will be the foundation of the first phase of training.

  4. Phase 1

    The first phase of your training program will be sent within 48 hours of completing your movement assessment. Each phase consists of 6 - 8 weeks of training. Every program is written specifically for you. It takes into account your goals, lifestyle, training history, and the amount of time you have available to train. Each exercise within the program comes with a video demonstration and explanation to ensure you completely understand how to perform each exercise.

Support

  1. 24/7 support and guidance

    You will receive 24/7 online support through the Telegram app. I will respond to your videos, questions and/or concerns within 24 hours with honest feedback.

  2. Video calls

    A scheduled video call at the end of every phase to review progress and discuss the new phase.

  3. Feedback

    You are required to send videos of every exercise at the start and end of every training phase. This will ensure I can offer the best service possible and guide you towards your goals.

    Outside of the required videos, it is your responsibility to regularly send videos via Telegram of your movements and exercises. The more videos you send the better service I can provide.

  4. Extra support

    Extra video calls can be scheduled if you want to delve deeper into your practice, ask questions about any exercises, and/or discuss any life events that will affect training and how we can adapt your program to fit your situation.

    I pride myself on an extremely personal service, however this is a two way street: the more you communicate with me, the more you will get out of the service!

Full online coaching

£199 per month with a minimum sign up of 3 months

Single goal online coaching

For those who want guidance with only one aspect of their training.

£149 per month with a minimum sign up of 3 months

Payments are made through PayPal subscription and are taken every month from the date of sign up.
