What is online group coaching?

Semi-personalised strength and flexibility coaching

Group coaching is perfect for those who enjoy working in a small community, towards the same goal. You’ll learn by getting feedback on your own movements as well as from others. Group coaching offers a balanced and effective training program without the price tag of 1:1 online coaching.

At the moment I’m only offering a beginners strength and flexibility program but will soon be opening group coaching for specific strength skills, flexibility goals as well as handstands.

Who’s it for?

The first few group coaching cohorts will be working towards these beginner strength and flexibility goals:

  1. 10 - 20 push ups on the ground

  2. 1 - 5 chin ups

  3. 1x bodyweight squat for reps

  4. 1x bodyweight deadlift for reps

  5. Palms to floor forward fold with straight legs

  6. Deep resting squat

You’ll will be training 3x week and need access to a full gym. Each session will be roughly one hour.

How it works

  1. Join the waiting list

    Every three months I’ll open 10 spaces for a new group coaching cohort. Sign up to the waiting list to make sure you don’t miss your spot!

  2. Get invited to the group

    You’ll be invited to a private Telegram group chat where we’ll get to know each other and the other people in the group. This chat will be where you’ll receive your training programs, share your videos, receive feedback and motivate each other to keep pushing your limits!

  3. The program

    You’ll receive a detailed training program walking you through every step of your work outs; sets, reps, rest times, along with high quality video tutorials for every exercise. Every month you’ll receive an updated training program with new exercises to keep your works fun and keep you progressing long term.

    Eliminate all the guess work out of your training, save time and know that what you’re doing is bringing you closer to your goals every week.

Support

  1. Weekly Q&A and form feedback video calls

    Members will be able to submit videos for review in the weekly Q&A session. Every week I’ll host a 60 minute video call where we’ll share wins, solve any issues and discuss topics surrounding health and fitness. Every member will get a chance to ask questions about their training and get the support they need to continue progressing. Throughout the week you can submit videos in our telegram chat. I’ll pick 3 - 5 videos and give detailed feedback within the call every week.

    Each Q&A will be recorded and uploaded to the chat so any members who couldn’t attend can still watch the call in their own time and still learn from the feedback and questions asked by others.

  2. Support from each other

    As we learn and grow together it’s my goal that you become masters at spotting your own mistakes, learn from each other and help each other to train better!

  3. Daily check-ins

    I’ll be checking the group chat daily and making sure you guys are getting the most out of your training and the community!

Pricing

Online group coaching

£50 per month with a minimum sign up of 3 months

Payments are made through PayPal subscription and are taken every month from the date of sign up.
